Internet - July 2006

Ok, my internet keeps disconnecting and reconnecting all on it's own this includes signing me out and back into my messangers. Is there anyway to fix this or is it my ISP?

I have Comcast as my service provider. We also use this thing called "Netgear". So if I wanted to access the internet from my other laptop in a different room like downstairs...how do I do it? It worked on my other laptop when I first bought it and I did the set- up process because when I plugged it in, the laptop automatically detected a wireless network. However, on this laptop it did not.

1) Very frustrating- it doesn't tell youo you've reached your answer
limit until AFTER you've typed out yor elaborate answer. Why?
Shouldn't it just block you automatically- or have a little window that says "you have 3 answers remaining", etc. So simple

2) I find that the spell check works only in the first window, where
you'll most likely have the least amount of text, but if you go to
Window 2, details, I do not believe it works there. Why not? That's
where the bulk of text will be in a longer question

3) the spell check is ITSELF full of errors- I should have written them all down, but it's a lot like an old street guide with incorrect information

4) Whe you respond with comments to an answer, why does the
little red warning "limit 300 characters" come on AFTER you've
exceeded the llimit- why not a counter like this one right here?

5) Why are some totally innocuous questions removed?

6) A few days ago, there was apparently a system problem with

There was this site called TraduceGratis, it had a list of good online translators for text and webpages. The site seems to be dead now and I can't remember the link of some of the translators I used from there, they were classified as the best 3(Separated in text and web translators. So, 3 for each category).

Does anyone know the links of those six translators, or of any of those? I know translator one was http://freetranslation.paralink.com/ But that one specifically is not the one I am looking for. I believe it was number #2

Would anyone happen to know it?

Dollars which he deposited with a prime Bank here in
dakar senegal.

For now, I am having every information and document
needed for the Collection of the deposit with the
Finance company and I want you to Act as the
beneficiary of the deposit for easy and smooth
collection to your account abroad for investment

My parents live in England and are over 70 and don't want to get into computers at their age. However it would be great if we could send pictures or mpegs or just messages to them from here in the US. I want to get them set up with an internet connection and computer....I know I can set up the computer and even repair it from here in the US using GoToMyPC or other remote program, so all I need to find out now is how much it will cost to set them up with an internet connection over there ...prefereably high speed. They live in Oxford (if it makes a difference) . Can you tell me the best/lowest cost service available there.
