You can use frontpage/dreamwaver to edit the source of your website. It's quite simple, it's just like word editor. Usually the clock is java source.

open it with frontpage and edit in source mode or design mode.

Frontpage is a wysiwyg editor, so you can edit it the way it appears without actually hardcoding or messing with any of the html code
