okay you guys I dont know what a USB is and what cbale are you talkin about. Ive tried emailing it to my yahoo address and its not getting through

I usually use my phone's pix messaging feature to e-mail it to myself and then save it to my computer and upload it.
If you have a cable to connect your phone to your computer it might be even easier.

email the pic to your email from your phone, then save it to your computer, then upload it to myspace! that's how I got mine up there!

on ur cell phone..send a picture text message to your email.
