If you're looking to get out of another sites frames, put the code:

Break out of frames

into your webpage somewhere, like in a link bar. Change "mywebsite.com" to your actual web address. When a person clicks the link, it should open the page without any other frames loaded in the same window. It's also pure html, so it doesn't use javascript.

What part of your web site got jacked?

Did they guess your password? Did they use a known vulnerability in an application on you web site?

Unless you figure out how they jacked it to begin with, then you're just throwing solutions at it blindly and hoping you guess right.
