actually gotten paid? (I supose you would most likely not be here on Answers still, but just in case you are- PASS IT ON...

Obviously I mispelled Google- so leave me alone. (But thats another glitch, you cant
correct it unless you delete the whole damn question and redo it, and I'm too tired, so there. Besides, Gogle has a nice ring to it, rhymes with ogle.)

Its strictly by invitation and you have to be qualified to do it. There is a note on the google FAQ that says

"How do I sign up to become a Researcher?
Because of an overwhelming response by qualified candidates, we are temporarily not accepting additional applications. Please check back with us again, as we likely will begin accepting applications again in the near future."

You actually have to be someone with a degree, and it's an actual job that you put in an application and get hired for. Basically, they have a day or so to thoroughly research a question and come up with an answer, the reason they get paid is because people have to pay to ask them the questions.

thats an actual job u have to pay for. this is jus a fun program that ppl do for points. i believe u have to have a degree in psychology or somethin like that to answer the questions properly
