Internet - July 2006

Hi!, I just moved my phpmysql code to another local pc with the same webserver configurations[xampp, php 5.1.1,mysql5 Windows XP Pro.], but I face incomplete page loads regularly. I've tried a lot of options without success and it's started to get frustrating. Any ideas?

When other people email me, it doesn't pop up in the corner so I don't know when they email me. Very annoying and I've already tried the Help menu on Messenger.

Ok. I am on this website and want a picture for my blog thing. So either you pick one of theirs or: type in the path to your own. then it has a box where u type with: http:/ already in it. So i wanted to use one of my iconator avatars i have saved or somthing. Where do i get pictures for this? or how do i get to use one i already have???

I just purchased a laptop, it has a wireless connection. I have conneted via WIFI. I installed Norton and have conntedted and downloaded updates. But, when I click on the Internet Explorer icon, nothing, it either freezes up, or give me a page not found.

What the heck is going on?

Whne i sign in to yahoo messenger with voice a little box in the corner of my computer ALWAYS pops up saying i have 10 new mail messeges. it turns out that i dont. one day i will have two messages and the next day i will have 24 mail messages. What happened?

I recently moved to an area not served by AT&T/SBC and have high speed cable provided by Cox Communications. I am hoping a switch to Yahoo will save my address bookk & mail files.

Me, my dad, and my brother started doing fantasy football on cbssportsline.com last year and we're in a bit of a mess. we all have to sign in to check our teams using each other's id and passwords. I'm trying to build a proffesional website with my own domain. I've got Adobe GoLive (I'm on a Mac), do I need to know HTML and is it hard? Any tips on how to learn this? I've never done it before but want to try it myself and I don't want to buy any other software - trying to keep costs down.
