It depends on what you're looking for. If you're interested in selling electronic gadgets, http://www.chinavision.com has a whole bunch of things from China that you can get for cheap (compared to what they sell for here) that you can probably make a good profit on. Though keep in mind that if you're really going to do this, you're going to need to have a good chunk of change put away to pay for your initial supply. But with this site, you can probably buy things one or two at a time and still make a decent amount of money.

You can't buy anything wholesale unless you have a wholesale license and are getting it directly from the manufacturer or distributer - otherwise you're just buying retail and selling at a higher price.
