I just purchased a laptop, it has a wireless connection. I have conneted via WIFI. I installed Norton and have conntedted and downloaded updates. But, when I click on the Internet Explorer icon, nothing, it either freezes up, or give me a page not found.

What the heck is going on?

Thanks,

maybe you're not using a proxy, you should use that so it can work.

My parents had pretty much the same problem, except that they have a desktop computer. I have a question for you. Do you already have an ISP or Internet Service Provider? If you don't already, that may be the problem. If you already do, then I would contact the ISP and ask for technical support.

It worked in fixing my parents' Internet connection. Good luck!
