Find whatever picture you want to use. Go to http://www.imageshack.us . Click on the browse button on their front page. Find the picture on your computer. Go "Open". Then click on the "Host It" button. Wait for your browser to load. After it finishes loading and loads a new page, scroll down the new page to where it says "Direct Link to Image". Copy that. Paste it into the box with the "http://" in it. Then you're done.

Usually there is a 'browse' button next to this. Click that and look on your hard drive (c:\) and find where your store your pictures. Go all teh way to the picture you want and double click it.

That usually does the trick. :-)

this is a site where your picture is located on a server. You need to upload it to a free file hosting site like imageshack.us or PixFolder
- http://www.pixfolder.com/

you should be able to browse to your own pics in your My Pictures folder
