What is the best way to keep trolls down to a minimum in a forum or message board?

I am a longtime visitor of a message board which is under siege from a very vicious troll. They are posting pictures of child pornography and mutilated bodies. They are also impersonating people from the board on myspace and encouraging others to spam the place. We don't know what to do. The owner and tech support are looking into legal actions to find and prosecute this person. Even if they do, what's to stop another person from coming along and doing the same thing. We don't have a full time person to moderate the board and anybody with an email can get dozens of screennames every day. Please help!

am looking for the phone number for the following 721 Kelso Dr, Eagle Pass, TX 78852 I need to find the number for this address. I have been looking all over for it but no answer it is there but i cant find it maybe am doing somthing wrong. If any one finds the phone number please let me know.

Have you seen these "free ipod" banners?

Some of them offer a free ipod, some just a $50 gift card to a resturant or something. They send you to all these websites where you have to sign up for offers, credit cards, etc.
Has anyone gotten the ipod, or are they just a huge scam?

I've accidentally, installed a plugin called enigmail in firefox, while it is a thunderbird plugin. So the options to uninstall the plugin does not show up.

How do i keep search bars from saving previous searches (i.e. it shows the history when I type)?

When I type into text boxes (like the search bar on yahoo.com), it automatically pops up previous searches you used that begin with the letters you typed out (i.e. if I am typing in "soccer," it will show everything I searched about regarding soccer as a drop-down window). I do not want this! How do I stop it?

I need help with the SMTP outgoing mail with Outlook?

I can receive incoming mail with outlook with my yahoo account using pop.mail.yahoo.com but when i try to send a message i get (Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'pop.mail.yahoo.com', Server: 'smtp.mail.yahoo.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F) I put smtp.mail.yahoo.com as the smtp but it doesnt work any ideas....thank you?
