Have you tried closing and reopening outlook? Or rebooting your computer? If you have tried these, try re-setting the account, just re-set up alll the settings you put into outlook initallly to make your e-mail work.
I've tried that a few times.. and sometimes servers just have issues and boot you off, and re-keying everything sometimes works.
If you are still having issues, call your server or internet provider... it might be that they are having issues.
