That will hardly clear out anything except the superficial tracks.

For real cleaning you need to download something like tracks eraser pro and shred 'INDEX.DAT'.

For future reference, turn off your web address AND forms autocomplete so you dont leave such obvious tracks laying around.

But EVERY SITE you've ever visited is in a file called INDEX.DAT which you can find by holding the windows key (betwen control and ALT) and pressing F. put in 'index' and press enter. Double click on INDEX.DAT that comes up in YOUR user directory, if you're using windows 2000 or higher.

e.g.: C:/documents and settings/YahooGuy023/Index.dat

Choose to open with NOTEPAD. There you go. Every last dirty, clean, and complete site you've ever visited. Also the URL of every porn popup you've ever had. Every time you let your friend browse the net. Its there. You might wanna clean your cookies folder while you're at it. Just remember itll clear out ALL cookies. Youll have to put your pass back into various sites like yahoo, myspace, all that you can think of that has your pass saved. (unless you use netscape or various plugins for firefox/mozilla)
