actually they just want to put the out of serivce commission into a lighter side of it. you see yahoo transfers their server site so it was down for sometime as you can see there are few changes in the main browser window of yahoo answers so cheers & enjoy your stay here.

It was a joke...they went down for a 24 hr period that extended to update their system.
