I'm getting the run-around by Verizon. They offer Norton Anti-virus, force me to uninstall my own antivirus, then Symantec asks for a PIN number, I ask Verizon what that is, get sent to dead end web pages, why is this such an issue? I need a PIN number to ACTIVATE Norton Online Protection. What's the problem?

I need a laptop for school and I only have about $500 dollars, is there one out there that I can get and is Dell the best one?
I could get a part time job if there is a better one, but not to much more. thanks

Several years ago I scanned some photos onto a zip drive, and I need to convert them from a PDD file to a JPEG file so that I can use them. Does anyone know of an easy way to do this. I have found many conversion options out there, but they are all too unclear. I would also like this to be free if possible instead of buying software. It's family photos I am trying to retrieve. Please Help!!!
