i am having problems to clean up program files while uninstalling any software can change in registry help me here?????
if yes then how ????? means how can i change win. registry settings?????

DON'T try to mess with the registry UNLESS you are a brain surgeon.
I suggest you use Windows Explorer and delete whatever files and folders are left after you have uninstalled the program and rebooted.

Try a good free program like Ccleaner or Iobit Advanced Windowscare.

use registry cleaning software !AFTER! backing up all of your files.

use ccleaner or auslogics registry cleaner. both work great

start, run, type "regedit"
search for the name of the software.
