I installed Command And Conquer Generals Zero hour played it around half way through when i play it my Computer just shuts it's self down , Even when i play Counter Strike Source after 10-15 minutes my Computer Shuts Down...

I use the program Microsoft Photodraw to have fun with images, but when I save them, only .mix files are the extensions. How can I change the files to another format that can be used in different ways? Is there a program I can use to convert these files into .jpeg or another format?

I am currently considering purchasing an AMD 64 X2 duel core CPU. I am stuck whether to opt for the 2.8gHZ or the 2.4gHZ. Sounds like a stupid question but i'm on a really tight budget and if I invest more in the CPU I won't be able to spend as much on a graphics card.

I know they can see if they examine the harddrive, but is there a way for them to find out without looking at the harddrive? They typically don't allow any shopping, music downloading (even if it is paid for), video chatting or anything like this.

I have a gateway solo 1200 laptop. I upgraded it to a 40 GB HDD, 256MB RAM, a wireless networking card, and windows xp pro. also it has I think a celeron prossessor(not sure) but 800 Mhz processer speed. How much is it worth? its also in great condition.

I have a mac g4 and am trying to set it up with internet in my house. I have other windows computers on another modem in the kitchen. I just bought a second modem, and hooked it up to the cable (which used to be for the tv in the room) all the lights seem fine on the modem, but its unable to load a page. please any help would be great

I have a laser printer at work.. don't know much about it other than the paper is HOT AS HELL when it comes out!!! I usually can't pick it up for a good 2 minutes.. then its still really hot; I can hardly handle it. I know its supposed to be somewhat warm but geez... I could fry an egg on it!!

I'm thinking to start a new blog that would serve a small town, and it might get a high percentage of clicks for one zip code. Does it track IP, computer cookies? What if the little library computer for public use gets a statistically inordinate amount of clicks? Many people here still don't have internet.
