I have a gateway solo 1200 laptop. I upgraded it to a 40 GB HDD, 256MB RAM, a wireless networking card, and windows xp pro. also it has I think a celeron prossessor(not sure) but 800 Mhz processer speed. How much is it worth? its also in great condition.

You can buy a BRAND NEW warrantied Celeron laptop for $320. A dual-core decently loaded laptop for $449.

Not much. First I would never buy a gateway. I would say you would be lucky to get $350 for it.
