I'm looking to set up an HTTP-Tunnel. More specifically, I want to set up an HTTP-Tunnel server at my home and use a client to connect to it at work. Does anyone know of any free software that will allow me to do this?

I have Comcast internet service using a Motorola modem SB5120 which connects to a Linksys WRT54G wireless G router. I have VOIP service using a Linksys SPA2102-R connected to port 1 on the Linksys router. The router has Qos settings that can be changed for better distribution of packets. I have the VOIP device's MAC address set to have highest priority and upstream bandwidth is set to auto. However, I still seem to get low Qos % when I run VOIP tests, and I get choppy audio at times too. Can anyone help me with this ongoing saga? Any help is much appreciated.

I'm using Windows Vista and I like using key strokes for functions rather than mouse clicks....I know undo is Ctrl-Z, copy is Ctrl-C, paste is Ctrl-V...so what do you find useful? Is there a handy reference guide on the web perhaps? Thanks !

I dont know if I should get a dual core or quad core processor from intel. On newegg.com a quad core processor and duo core processor cost about the same. A quad q6600 cost $309 and has a clock speed of 2.4 Ghz. A Duo e6700 cost $317 and has a clock speed of 2.6. Why is the quad core which is only .2 Mhz slower than the e6700 cost about the same than a duo core? If i were to build a pc strictly for gaming which is what im doing, should i go with the e6700 or q6600?

Thats what my comp says when I try to do the analyze portion of defrag...however I ran Chkdsk (I have xp pro) and it did its thing and even if i restart after (tried it with and w/o restart) it will STILL say that i have to run scandisk or chkdsk...what am I doing wrong? Ive never gotten this error before?

I would like to share the one printer we have on both, and be able to go on the internet on both at the same time.
I'd like an answer in plain english please, as I don't speak computer techno, but I don't want to not get all the info, so I do have a friend who can translate if needed.
I am concerned with the Vista controversy as I am not able to load a lot of my programs on the Vista computer, (including the printer driver), and wonder if I will be able to access them through the other computer. If I can then share and transfer files, anything I need to print, I can share with the non-Vista computer.
I am on dial-up, as we cant get cable internet here, and don't need anything wireless in this configuration unless necessary.
I did search "Answer's", but again, I'm not that comp. litterate, and was not sure I understood what I was reading.

I recently reinstalled from clean windows 2000 on this IBM. Everything works but my cd dvd drive. I can install programs via the cd drive, but when I drive any music cds or anything else it does not work or read. When I goto my computer, the cd drive does not even register. I have a Matshita dvd rom sr-8175. I understand that I don't need to have a driver for the cd drive to work. What is wrong?? This computer has two parts, the actual laptop and then the media slice/docking station with the floppy drive and cd drive. Who can help me please??

I got 3 memory cards from different manufacturers, is there any way (program or list) to check if they are compatible with one another ? the PC freezes many times and i believe the RAM is the cause of it.

I am trying to transfer all of my documents and Music I have on my old computer to my new one. I have Windows XP Home Edition, but I can't run Windows XP Backup because I can't find my Disk that I need for it.So Is there any way I can compress all my files and put them on a CD or A floppy Disk? And Just upload them on my new computer,would it work that way?
P.S.I really don't trust online Backup Especially the ones you have to pay for!

I have a large message in my outbox and it wont sent because it is too big, and when I even click on it my whole computer freezes and i have to use task manager to stop it.
