Its easy, make a new image: fill it with black: then use the same font and write what you wrote there! If you don't have that fon't then go find it at dafont.com and download it. Loading instructions are at dafont!

Two ways. One is that if the picture is still in layers you can change the background layer color with the little 2 squares in the pallette.

Well, hopefully you have layers and this is not on the background layer, because if it is this is no help. Otherwist, click the background layer, and use the paint bucket tool to color!

pick the color
then the bucket tool
then pick the layer caled background
and click with the bucket
there fore making the background black
i could tell u how in your image but i dont have the full link
