If i access someone else's wireless online hot spot, can they track me back to where i am and what my online activities are? If i log into my e mail, will they know the password and such?

i would like to find out my credit score but every site ive tried to type my stuff in....they end up wanting a credit card number to verify....i dont have a credit card so...does anyone know a site where i can get a free score check without having to do that whole credit card thing?

I can do them one by one but there are over a thousand songs on it now and its taking too long. a majority of the stuff on it is either duplicated or things i did not want on there in the first place. for some reason it automatically synched every song on my cpu. i just want to start over .

Then the instructions appears on the screen,"Disk error, press any key to restart.When I press the key,another instruction appears"Reboot and select proper boot device or insert media in selected boot device.
Then I close my computer from the main switch.The same thing happens again,after 2-3 times,the required screen appears.
Please advise me to resolve the problem.

I've asked this before, but forgot to add details, so I'm doing it again...
Here are some more details:
It's a Dell Dimension 8300, 2.66 gig pentium 4 processor, 1 gig ram. I have no idea what mother board I have, nor do I know exactly how to check. I DO have both regular pci slots and agp slot, but I'm not sure what kind of agp slot it is.
(I'm told that there are 2 - 4x & 8x.)
Right now, I have a BFG GeForce 5500fx card with 256megs of ram.
