how to delete account folder with the pevious windows installed but deleted? because it says "access denied"

LOG IN AS ADMINISTRATOR AND TAKE OWNERSHIP FROM FOLDER'S PROPERTIES THEN SECURITY TAB AND ADVANCED BUTTON AND OWNER TAB AND SELECT ADMIN ACCOUNT AND SELECT REPLACE OPTION AND APPLY

right click on the folder
remove the tick mark on read only and click on apply
now delete
