Go to the sign in page and press the "Forgot your password?"
Then enter in your email address to reset your password. The crazy letter code is to make sure that a computer program isn't trying to get access to your email. Then follow the prompts after that.

u click on the tab/link etc that says forgot password where u normally enter your password and fill in the questions, if u cant remember those u will need to email the supplier and they will ask lots of question when u first setup the account.
