I want everything on my computer back to factory settings like when i first bought it. Its a compaq sr1820nx with windows xp. Can someone tell me where the option is at in my computer to do this. i've dont it before but i want it back to factory settings again. Thank you

i put the Mini DVD-RW in my D Drive so i can upload my video onto my computer. Ive done this a lot of times and it would always work. this time i did it and i get the error "D:\ is not accessible incorrect function". people said if you "enable recording" it will work. I enable it but when i open it, its blank. how can i get my file onto my computer?

My friend has Windows NT installed on her computer and wants to install Windows XP. However, when I attempted to do this a warning box appeared stating that I would have to uprgade to Windows NT Service Pack 5 or higher. I then tried to uninstall Windows NT, but then received a warning box that said if I did that, the OS system would revert to Windows NT Service Pack 1. HELP!!!!!????? I don't want to uninstall something and mess things up. How can I simply install Windows XP on my friends computer?
