D:\ is not accessible incorrect function?

Question

i put the Mini DVD-RW in my D Drive so i can upload my video onto my computer. Ive done this a lot of times and it would always work. this time i did it and i get the error "D:\ is not accessible incorrect function". people said if you "enable recording" it will work. I enable it but when i open it, its blank. how can i get my file onto my computer?

i think u are having some problems with ur mini dvd..by the way man u have some verbal mistakes u dont upload from a dvd ,u transfer from it,and u cant put ur dvd in drive D.u transfer files from ur dvd to drive D.now i think u are having problems with ur dvd.format it or contact its manufacturer
