I lost the software for it years ago. Normally it plugs into the printer slot but I tried that and nothing seems to work. I have asked at computer stores but they said the will charge me over $100 JUST to look at it!!
Any ideas?

I know its a crap piece of software but i needed to use somthing to make a quick vid. I had finished the vid, exported it and then went back and changed a few things. Surprise surprise it froze, so I killed it and tried to reopen the project. Now when it says its checking the project files it just hangs there. So anyone got any ideas, if not anyone know any other vid editing software that will open move maker files? *.mswmm .

I need to "repair" a program, and when I had Windows 98 before, I went to "shut down", then to "log on in Dos mode" to do the repair. Now that I am using Windows XP, I cannot find out how to ge to the Dos mode...it is not in the "shut down" window. By the way, I DO need to be in Dos mode to do my repair. Thank you in advance.

When Windows XP was originally shipped in October 2001, it included a limited firewall called "Internet Connection Firewall". It was disabled by default due to concerns with backward compatibility, and the configuration screens were buried away in network configuration screens that many users never looked at. The site comes up exactly when I type at the top of the page and search web but if I try to access it by using another tool bar I rec. either over 100 listings with the same address but relating to different products and they are all dead sites. For example I have tried with verizon, comcast, google and yahoo search bars and that happens I hope someone understands what I am saying and can help Thank you

I reinstalled the operating system of my computer last night 9/12/06 , Everything is running back to norm now only thing is.... I have something that wasn't there before restore.... I have a drive c and a drive H the drive h says RECOVERY (H) .
my desktop toolbar annouces every now and again that my local drive is running out of space on Drive (H) .. THis drive H wasn't not there when I bought comp and never gave me any problems because it wasn't on there.. but now everytime I restart comp it tells me drive H is full and needs more space, so when I click it it takes me to disk clean up... I do not know what Drive (h) or Recovery(h) is and do not know how to fix it to get it off my comp, or make it not show up and say that.. any suggestions and can you tell me the importance of this drive is it also says something like in the Genral discrip. once clicking on propeties that it is FAT32 or something.. what should I do, I have a gateway comp, The icon shows as a comp chip .

ok so i read my personal emails and then i delete them to my trash can then i empty out my trash can, so where does it go to my computer next? somehow someone is reading the emails that i delete out of my account. anyone know where else i need to delete them from or how this person is reading my deleted emails. oh and its someone in my house that is doing this so it is from the same computer. please help and only serious help no lame answers from people who dont give a ****. lol thanks!
