I have tried all day to figure this out and I am very fustrated . I am new to computers and have no idea what else to do . It comes up and says the printer is ready. I have several CD programs and can't use them . PLEASE HELP !

everything I know to fix it and it does it on everything I print. If there are printer settings I need to know what to do. therefore my first question on this issue did nothing for me.I just want to be able to read all of the words on the right side so lets try this again

Ok so i just put a question on here about how i wanted to pay for a dvd with a money order on ebay, and i got a lot of answers about paypal, so now that i have told the seller that i will send a money order, is there anyway that i can go back and decide to pay for this iteam with paypal.thanks!!!

i have cucusoft avi to dvd converter which works fine. but when it goes to the cucusoft mpeg to dvd burner, i run into problems. theres this place where it says DVD +/-RW ROM and i try to select one, but nothing is displayed? do i need to have something there im only burning the vob files to my c drive? cuz ill just skip that and hit burn at the bottom, and itll actually get like 99% through and then itll say 'no DVD +/-RW ROM' and it wont finish burning them to VOBS? so yeah if somebody knows something about that or knows how i can skip straight from avi to dvd without having to convert all this crap, that would help too.

Ok so i decided to buy a dvd of of ebay, i didnt bid on it, i brought it for the regular price, so ok, i decided to send the bidder a money order or check to pay for the Dvd because i didnt want to use my bank account info, i wanted to know if anyone has done the same thing and recieved their package. I also wanted ti know if
there is a way that i can get my money back if this bidder does not send my package. I have not sent the money order yet, i just wanted some verification on this matter before i sent the money.

I'm wondering whether there are any security features of Firefox that IE doesn't have that make it fundamentally more secure. The only thing I keep hearing is that Firefox is more secure because attackers spend more effort exploiting IE than Firefox, but that's not an inherent benefit to Firefox (if everyone switched, then the attackers would just attack Firefox).

ive got a mad dog external burner and lots of avis. have nero too. hoping somebody could walk me through what programs i can use to convert an avi to a vob that i can burn to a dvd with nero. ive used cucusoft before but have run into problems. wanna know what programs other people use that really work.

I am trying to automate some web site tasks with applescript. For example, logging into a secure site and printing out a specific report. Also, coming up with a script that will run automator actions at specific times. Any ideas on where I can either find a programmer to help me or learn to write these myself?

The developer tools that Apple provides are way above my head and I don't need to learn about the GUI elements because I will just use the run applescript action in automator.

Folks, I have an APC Back-UPS 600VA rating. It works for 1 hr wothout supply. I wanna extend the battery backup time upto 4-5hrs. Will that work if I install a new battery rated 12V, 28AmpHr rating in parallel connection to the existing one.? The inbuilt one has 12V, 7AmpHr rating ?


Actally I have already done this now....and just waiting for to see the results....its past 1 week now...and everythings is going fine..!

What are your predictions about this?

Is this fine ? Can I use such a combination....for longer time...or CAN this HARM the UPS in future ?
