how can i get yahoo on my desktop and remove gateway?

Click tools and internet options and put the yahoo addy in the address box! Dont forget to apply!

If you mean make Yahoo your home page it depends on what browser you are using. Most browsers have Tools or Options to set the home page. Clk around your options on what ever browser you are using. Your new homepage will take the place of what you have now.
