how do i find what video driver i have on my pc, windows xp?

Try -
ControlPanel
System
Hardware Tab
Device Manager
Display Adapters
Then right Click on Adapter and select properties
Then Driver Tab

Click Start, right click My Computer, click Properties, click Hardware, click Device manager, click Display adapters.. voila! there ya go..

Start > run > type in "dxdiag" > display tab
