My warranty is covered for about 200 more days. I have damaged my laptop in 3 different places. The touchpad button sticks, I damaged the inside of the headphone jack, and the 'O' button fell off (in which someone tried to fix with super glue, and it got worse... still works though, as you can see, just no button) I can be quite clumsy!

Anyways, what do I have to do in order to send it in and get it all fixed? Can someone provide a link, or anything? Do I need to save what is currently on my computer, in case it gets erased? THANKS

when I send an e-mail and attach a digital photo it always says i exceed my limit MB. My recievers always say the photo is too big and they can only see parts...

How do I send them smaller...where on the computer...step by step please!!!!

Hi! I need to take the CD-rom out of my Optiflex GX150 to install an upgrade, but it seems unwilling to quit! It's a standard-size IDE drive on green plastic guide rails, which I've pulled outwards and pushed inwards without obviously releasing any kind of catch. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!

I dont know what is going on, WHEN I type certain letters, its almost like a shortcut.. when i type the let r the 'run' feature starts, when i type the e 'my computer' comes up when i type 'D' it shuts my page and so on, and the start menu keeps popping open then shutting repeatetly. ive had my computer serviced and they say they dont know the problem, has anyone evr heard of this? i asure you this is not a virus... but maybe a keyboard shortcut lock or something I neeD hELP, ITS FUNNY, ITS GOES WIERD THEN ITS OK FOR A BIT< AND I CAN WRITE IN CAPS>>??? I am pretty sure my computer has the right sys req for the game. I was able to download the game but whenever I try to start playing the game a small window that says " Drive Read Error" pops up. It tells me to insert the disk for the game into my computer but I have already done that. I can either click retry or cancel. But clicking retry only causes the box to come up again. What can I do?

I Just bought a dell XPS M1710 and am not sure if i made the right choice. Now i am just doing some reseach to find out more. Couple of my friends are wanting to but it also but the cost is a throw off.

CNET did say XPS M1710 is the best laptop money can buy today. (for gaming especially)
