I am pretty sure my computer has the right sys req for the game. I was able to download the game but whenever I try to start playing the game a small window that says " Drive Read Error" pops up. It tells me to insert the disk for the game into my computer but I have already done that. I can either click retry or cancel. But clicking retry only causes the box to come up again. What can I do?

do a check disk , go to my computer select drive c and right clickon the icon , then select properties , choose the tab that says tools , checkmark the option that says scan for and attempt to recover bad sectors, if this does not work and you have a graphics card update your gpu drivers, thats a start and i hope it will help you.

if the game continues to be on the laptop there are classes that you'll be able to acquire that wil show you how to run the game. an same ones those who scouse borrow video games use. shouldnt be complicated to discover. with a touch googling. good success
