A small music player that comes in various sizes from the lenght of your finger to the size of your hand,that stores and saves music so you you have to swicth cds and tapes when you want to listen to music.They can hold up 2 anywhere from 100-15000 songs.Its pretty nice.I have one myself a mini ipod

Its similar to a CD player or Tape cassette in that the Mp3 player plays music that is in an mp3 file format. MP3 is a new file format for music that compresses the size smaller than regular CD files so it makes for more music stored on a smaller medium.
