Hey there, a little while ago i started using frontpage, its really simple but i cant figure out how to do one simple thing, you know when things are seperated by dotted lines that are not viewable to browsers to the website, basically an invisible table? what is it called? and how do i insert one? i can modify existing ones but i cant seem to find the option to insert one initally.

Windows 95 operating system. I usually restart, thinking it might clean up temp files and make the computer ready for the next person. Three people use our computer at home. Am I right? Does restarting do anything compared with simply logging off?

I currently run the site, http://www.gotalkmoney.com The website went live at the beginning of March 2006. As of late, my site will rank on page 2 for the keyword "money forum" SOMETIMES. When it's not on page 2, its usually around the page 9 or 10 mark. Is this a good sign and how long does the sandbox usually last with google? I'm familiar with the google datacenters, etc but this really confuses me.

No, I haven't changed anything on the front page when it dances around.

Spamming is UNETHICAL. By spamming people you are stealing. You are stealing time and you are stealing bandwidth. I once read an article about a company that distributes software that will ping the servers of known spamers. If enough people use the software eventually the spamers own bandwidth will be eaten up and then they won't be able to spam others. Thus Spaming The Spamers. Is this Ethical?

I want to post pictures on a forum.the forums does not allow files which are larger than 97 KB in size.I figured re-sizing the pic would make them take less KB but not so.....
cropping the pic shaves off some KB but ive cropped them down as much as possible,and am still about 100 kb too much.
how can i make my 200 KB picture only take up 97 KB of space?
