When I go to sites like Youtube the video is choppy I have Road Runner cable internet on a USB 1.1 connection 500mhz CPU 128MB RAM and Windows 2000 pro is there a way I can fix it?

Get a faster processor and more memory. That's all I have to say about that. It also depends on the video service and what they used to encode the video. My original recommendation stands.

You need more memory. Easy fix. Go 512 and it will run like a swiss watch.

you have a old computer that is very slow to process,the only way to fix is to buy a better computer with a faster processer.

youtube videos are nearly always choppy - they're low quality videos. simple as.
