yahoo mail not working pop3 crash?

I think Outlook 2003 is making my yahoo account crash, both email and pop3 access. What gives?

Yeah, I reboot and Yahoo web-based email works until I try to use Outlook. Outlook seems to put a kink in my Yahoo email, because then both the web-mail and pop3 won't work.
