depends on what computer language you want to learn, and you may search them at google search engine...
but before you do online self learning, you need compiler of a computer language, example java2sdk...
if you have complete tools, then you can practice them...
the best thing to do is, use eBooks or Books...because, an online tutorial may practiced you to copy and paste coding...lol...you don't need to do that...the best thing to practice is to type your own code and be practice....

If you're starting off I'd suggest going to www.sun.com they mostly do java programming and give you free application downloads to use. You can even do online exams with them x

w3schools is a good start, if you go to http:\\asp.net also look at begging books i think wrox do one for the new version called begginning asp.net 2.0
