When I start my computer, windows installer starts and norton says it doesn't support repair feature, uninstall and reinstall. Please help!

I opened Msn Messenger and suddenly my computer went crazy ..
I couldn't maximize any folder/program and when i tried to Ctrl + Alt + Del it said "The administrator has disabled the Task Manager" =s I am the administrator.. I mean the account i am logged in is NOT "limited" account type..

I also cannot restart or shut down my computer because at the Start there is no Shut Down.. Only Log Off !

Please help .. =s thanks in advance

Lets say i burn some videos onto a DVD±RW, then the next day i burn another video onto the same video. But it over wrote the previous video, how do i keep this from happening. I tried Create Multisession Disk, but when i did that, it did the same thing and it over wrote what i had already done. Is there a free DVD burner program that will not make this mistake. Also to let you know, when i placed the disk into the drive for the second time, it didn't even read that i had already previous data on the disk.

Also is there a free program that will put it into DVD Format.

Also just one more question, does buying a DVD±R prevent this, since data can't be over written, or will it over write it anyway, which can cause the videos to mess up.

my computer is so effd up, it has spyware and adware, i tried dowloading ccleaner and spyware removal programs, but it would not let me, a message appears saying "cannot download program not enough memory on hard disk. what do i do, if everything fails i am thinking of rebooting the computer and making it like i just bought it , but i dont know how to reboot it . so my questions are
