If it is choked up so bad with spy-ware and things, just reformat the hard drive and reinstall windows and all of your other software. When you get that all done, install a good anti-virus software and a good anti-spy-ware before surfing anymore on the Internet. Without it, your computer will just get clogged up with spy-ware again. I personally use Norton Internet Security which has everything I need in one package, but there are other good applications out there as well.

First, go to your Control Panel, open "Add/Remove Programs" and see if there are any tool bars or other programs that you KNOW you did not put there, and remove them. This will start to free up some disk space--the more you find and remove the better, but do not get too carried away.

When you have some space cleared, download Adaware by Lavasoft (go to www.download.com--best way to get it). It is free and the most effective spyware finder and remover out there. Once you've run it, go ahead and go to www.grisoft.com and look for AVG Free, their free antivirus program. It is the best I have found, and should clean up the rest of the problem.

Then, once you've cleared it up, run each of these programs regularly to prevent continued problems. Also, consider using Netscape or Mozilla browsers, as they are much less susceptible to spyware than Internet Explorer.

Good Luck.

your hard drive is too full to get the download. so to format or return your PC to factory new go to my computer>right click the C:/ drive and slect format. when a window pops up that says format just click ok. when the format is complete shutdown the computer, turn it back on then put the recovery disk in. the PC came with a disk that you put in after a format is done. if you cant find a disk then do not format the computer. *look for the disk first* it could also be that your PC has 2 drives and does not need a recovery disk. under my computer there is a section that says "hard disks" under there there will be 1 or 2 drives they will most llikley be C:/ and D:/. If there is only one dirve then look for the recovery disk if there is 2 then jus format the C dirve not the D drive. also never format a drive that says it is the Partition drive. hope i helped.

Is your computer running out of hard drive space, or is it the spyware program that's telling you that? Try to delete some crap off your computer, you can delete temporary files by going to internet explorer. Click Tools>internet options>delete files.

If you have enough space on your hard drive, download winpatrol. I like this program because you can control what programs startup when you boot your pc, as well as contorlling processes in the backround. . . etc.

It's only like 1.0mb

I hope I helped a little ;)

Not enough memory on hard disk is a big problem. Try uninstalling programs and games if any that you do not use, games take huge amount of disk space. If that is not your problem then you need a hardisk with larger capacity, to install a new hardrive it needs to be partitioned and formatted and windows must be installed again and all that, try taking you PC to a technician and have him do that for you if you don't know how to, there is no other solution.

You can go to http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ and run their online virus and spyware checkers if your comp lets you.

If you decide to reformat your hard drive (you will lose all your data)

Take the restore CD that came with the computer or a Wndows XP installation CD and start up your computer with it in the CD drive and your computer should start up to the CD. Iif not you will have to go into your bios and set the boot order to start with the CD drive first. Once booting from the CD just follow the directions.

But I would try the online scan first.

I don't know if you'll be able to download anything, spy/ad ware takes up quite a bit of space but try the "Trend Micro" virus scan, you can get it at http://www.trendmicro.com.. It cleans spyware, adware and all the viruses known to man... :) Hope this helps!!

As far as rebooting goes here are 2 suggestions.

Left click on Start
Left click on Turn off computer
Left click on Restart

If that fails you can always unplug it wait about 15 seconds then plug it back.

If you need more help let me know.

Best Wishes and have fun but be careful.

:( attempt to no longer complication lots approximately it. ALL females are somewhat insecure approximately their seems 'down there' surprisingly whilst it includes what adult men will think of approximately it. each and every person's vagina seems different although, no person is going to be precisely the comparable. once you're rather worried, i could think of approximately making an appointment with the gynocologist so which you will communicate over with him or her concerning to the form you experience...and to confirm each and every thing is effective. purely like penises, all vaginas look different too and it is common to experience 'extraordinary' approximately it. you're no longer a disgusting freak, and that i'm particular no guy could make you experience that way. purely wait till you're thoroughly tender with a guy in the previous you get intimate with him. then you somewhat would be comfortable, and you will understand previously that he's attracted to you and that he cares for you.
