when my laptop starts-up this prompt shows up. A few seconds later, it'll log off. How do I go and fix this? I can't do anything since it logs off at once.

If you haven't already, try starting in Safe Mode. Just repeatedly press F8 while booting, it should give you a menu to choose to start in safe mode. Hopefully, you will be able to get into windows and check your PC with a Anti-virus program to be sure this isn't being caused by a Virus.
Also, if you made any recent changes to your computer, you might want to un-do them.
