I have one layer, text over graphics. The graphics are non-solid colors/patterns/images.

Is there any application/feature name that will allow me to remove the text and replace it with pixels by averaging the surrounding pixel values?

Can GIMP do it?

when i search in yahoo and google it keeps all the searches as history or something like that, for example I searched for "houses" when i close yahoo and open it again and I want to search for "homeworks" for example it displays me houses in a list below, how can i delete the previous searches??
