If someone has sent you this message then it would appear that
software on a PC, Server has determined that your email is spam.
This could be for a number of reasons. Your content, ie words, or attachment. Software sometimes gets it wrong. Try sending the email in plain text. If the software is any good it can be told to accept email from you.

It means that to whome ever your e-mail address goes to tha person if not satisfied can click spam against your e-mail which mean that if SPAM clicked against your e-mail you can never contact that person again.....

maybe she has a spam filter and she reported you or you does
