www.freewebs.com has free websites You could set it up so that they would order and you bill them with invoice from PayPal.

I would recommend learning at least very basic HTML and a couple of weeks to understand how to upload pictures, how to use a PayPal.com accout, and to associate yourself with Google Adsense.
Don't expect much, by the way.
Few things sell online nowadays. Wal Mart is probably right around the corner.
And people dig the parking lot for some reason.

using a paypal account still costs you money, only way around it would to accept cheques but then again you have pat to deliver the item you sell to them.
Dont be such a cheapskate.
open an ebay account, easiest way
