My boyfriend knew the password to my account because he set it up. Now that we are broken up he done changed my password and I never knew that they had a secret question are answer so what should I do? There are alot of important things coming to that address. Someone please help me!!!!!!!

There's not much you can do. You can try contacting the technical support of wherever this account is and explain the situation. Hopefully they will believe you and help you from there. I suppose your ex did this from his computer, not yours, so they can check the IP address of the computer that signed into your account and made the change. These things are usually logged. If not then you will have to create a new account.

Hi,
it is easy,if it is yahoo mail or hotmail.just click on "Forgot Password" link then they will ask you about security question (this is the question they first asked you while making account)and if you answer that correctly you will get a new password the previouse password will not work,
