I am working on a website and every page I view I get this message -- Security information, this page contains both secure and non secure items do you want to display the non secure? I always want to display yet have to get rid of this message 100 times a day as I am constantly moving around the site it is very frustrating, how do I stop it?

I already went to gmail.com but it didnt say anything like ¨sign up with g-mail¨ or anything like that it just said sign in to your gmail account. Anyone with a gmail account please help me!

My Gmail opens fine but my sister (in a different state) is having a MAJOR prob.
Gmail allows her to sign in but once her Inbox opens, she gets an Internet Explorer error msg box saying IE has to shut down, she can close the box, send report, or cancel. No matter what she selects, her browser closes. She e-mailed Gmail from a seperate acct. and they told her to empty her cache, change her security settings to "low," empty temp files, and reboot. Didn't help.

I can open her e-mail at my house but she can't on her computer so it seems there's something not jibing betw. Internet Explorer and the Gmail program.

Oh, NO other browsers/e-mail programs give her error msgs. and no one else in the house can open their Gmail accounts either.

We're not computer illiterate so save your "reboot" and "turn off caps lock" answers.

I had the version before this 8 one. It was working fine until last mon. Now it will say its logging me in but face either goes back to sleep or just stares at me. I'm sure i have a cookie problem. Can someone please help me! Am missing important stuff & cant get Y's feedback. I can access it just fine from work, just not home.
Please let me know if u can Seriously HELP!

It is the way that they create the error code when i am trying to backup my discs. DVD4.3 and AnyDVD does not seem to be able to work around the problem.

When I tell the pc to shutdown (the usual > Start > Turn off compute ...> Turn Off) it shuts off then starts up again as if I had chosen to Restart it.
Does anyone know why ?

it is impossible to reach a human being, and i am brokenhearted to lose years of correspondence from family and friends. i had nothing in my yahoo e-mail account that would benefit anybody financially or any other way. i have sent scores of letters to yahoo security and gotten only automated responses. is there anything i can do? i have called every number i could find associated with yahoo, and got only one person after hours of being on hold and automatically hung up on several times. very frustrating. this man was supposed to be a supervisor of some kind, and he advised me that it "appeared" that my account had been compromised (duh!) because the original settings had been changed, which accounts for why i can't reset my password. he gave me the security e-mail address for yahoo which was useless! i have had no luck reaching a real person since.
i would love any advice. i never ever gave my password out, so it's the work of a hacker.
what can i do?

Just curious, should I leave it on all the time or shut the PC down at night like I've been doing?
I alway's leave my DSL modem on 24/7 unless it storms, but was wondering about the PC.

I have a D-Link Wireless card that connects to my D-Link wireless router, and it can connect just fine, but any where from 5 minutes to 5 hours later, the connection will drop, but I will have done nothing to the router or wireless card in that time. Tech support has been no help at all, so can some one please help?

Side note- Both the wireless card and the router have the latest firmware updates.
