February the 9th I was involved in a small accident. My car started jerking as I was parking and it made me bump this lady's car n front of me. It appeared that nothing was wrong other than a scratch on her bumper and a small dent. I gave her my insurance info which she wrote down. Then I proceeded 2 call the police & she said no over 5 times & said she saw no reason to get them involved or file it on either of our insurance because it wasn't major. My mother said se would give her what she could to help on her bumper. The lady called us saying it would be a $1000! We said no way then she found another guy who said the bumper would be 500 my mother paid her half. She got mad when we wouldn't give her all of it. Now she called my insurance agent. Can she do anything over a month later with no police report? No pictures? No nothing?

Dear Sir,
Green cars are practical solutions to green house gas reductions in the future .
But we need to overcome long lasting problems of electrical cars either by technology or by proper planning .
I am a 42 years old energitic chemical engineer, oil and gas and energy specialist , and I am really worried about tremendous devestation of our environment by CO2 accumulation.
In fact we are making money by oil exploration, oil refining , and enjoy driving petrol cars .
we try to raise our children with higher income of oil engineers but we are producing CO2 to destroy the earth in future by global warming and by tornados of climate changes.
I believe the key to solve the milage problem of electric cars and HP requirements of them is proper type of heavy duty batteries with quick recharge time with liquid change.
By this method 300 miles and 3 to 4 minute charging time can be achieved in the fuel stations .....
Any supporting institute you know to provide fund to complete my research to make these batteries?
Also "multiple electric car leasing" or MECL is a way to use large no, of electric cars in large cities , for taxi service .
Any one knows of supporting institutes in one large city to provide fund to complete my research to realize this ?
Regards
S.Beheshtinejad

How many questions are on the test, how many do I need to pass the test, percentage too if possible, and I'm not talking about the driving test, I'm talking about the learners permit test which is the first one you have to take to get your permit.

I have a 1971 Impala that has a 350 4 bbl from a 1974 El camino. I want to rebuild it to a 383 stroker with new high flow heads. I will use all new parts except for the block. Is there any places or websites where I can get the kits and all other necessary parts for this build? Should I stick with factory heads or upgrade? What horsepower rating should I expect to get? This is a project car going through restoration and not a daily driver. Money and time really aren't major issues, just want it done right. Any help would be appreciated.

I usually dont judge people but I cant stand seeing people putting rims on luxury cars like range rover, mercedes s class, bmw 7 series, etc. If a car is over $50,000 why in the world does it need rims on it when it already looks nice the way it is. I also can'
t stand when people buy a base model of a 300 or Magnum and pimp out the outside to make it look like its a SRT8 or something.

I don't see why I couldn't use my car's engine as a power generator. I would only need maybe 1000 watts.

The car is a 1990 Ford F350 diesel.
