Net is full of "do-it-yourself" info on all sorts of biofuels

Here's a few

Most places want to sell "plans",,Kits,,or other products.

It takes a Lot of homework, and a considerable investment to get started.
But as with any "education",,it's yours for life.
It's at least worth learning about.

I don't think a person can save any $$$ over the course of 6~12 months by making their own fuel.
There's just No Quick-Fix/Free Lunch.
But over the course of 2yrs?,,5yrs?....10~20years??,,
Yeah,,probably so.
(I dread thinking about cost of motor fuel in 10 yrs)

I know some boys in Eastern Kentucky up in the hills that have been making ethanol for decades. They don't seem to have a problem. LIL

Seriously, I believe you can make 5 gal a year and be legal. In the 70's when there was a gas crunch some people were making and selling stills and the information to legally make ethanol. They even provided the forms necessary to fill out for the Treasury Dept. You might google stills and see what you get.

Don't even think about it; it's a Federal rap to make moonshine.
