My hubby and I are purchasing a mobile home. We just plan to go where the road takes us a few months out of the year. Has anyone had a particularly bad experience with any particular brand of motorhome? I am leaning towards a winnebago. Any helpfull suggestions?

for my prom in 2008 :D i want to come in not in a limo or type of car but a hot air balloon :D thing is i live in a town and my is on a busyroad haha but it has a field in front of it and a bigger field at back but i want to land in the front field of corse beacuse thats where the red carpet is :D but someone said it cant land can it and they also said you cant control where it lands :S please can u tell me some info beacuse i really want to come in 1 :D thanks

Every so often at car dealerships, someone kicks the tires as if that's to gauge something about the vehicles performance. Is this truly practical or just something for confused buyers to do while they mull the salesman's pitch?

This morning there was snow, not enough to settle properly but some on the cars and still falling lightly. Why on earth should this mean that it doubled the time my journey to work took?! There were no accidents, the roads weren't icey, visibility wasn't impaired. Despite this, and as always happens when it snows, the traffic literaly stopped. Why why why?!?!?!

Compare the height of Indian SU Vehcles (Safari, Scorpio and Sumo) with Tucson, terracan, Cayenne, X Trail, Vitara etc., any advantage?. Actually when you see parked beside the other SUV's, these looks very ugly, without appropriate width.

considering that most of the current taxis in philippines are corollas (1996-04). I was wondering which of these models are suitable for a taxi cab considering maintenance costs and efficiency.

The choice for a vios is a 1.3Liter M/T
and for altis is any 1.6L same M/T.
I've found used ones and both altis and vios having almost
the same price range.

Vios is fuel efficient but quite small
since it is a subcompact The altis is a compact.
I've seen more vios taxis around than altis ones.

Just need some peace of mind...

i know that braking is used to charge the battery in a hybrid car, but why can't the wheels spinning be used in a similar fashion? electricity is generated by turing turbines of various kinds, windmills, waterfalls, even in a coal buring electrical plant electricity is generated by spinning turbines. whould not a car using the same principle be able to run just about endlessly?

Its a salvage vehicle, and I know HWY Patrol will need to do a brake and light inspection, and a vin verification at the DMV, But Is this going to more difficult than it sounds?
