It is fine any other time. When it snows, when it's warm or cold outside. Everytime it rains though I have trouble starting it. Now (it rained on Sunday) and I am unable to start the car. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
There is fuel, just put in a new battery about 7 months go, replaced spark plugs about a year ago, new brakes/new tires.

My parents disapprove of me looking at a car with a 4 cylinder engine. They say that 4 cylinder engines have problems going uphill. This causes the engines to die out faster. Is this true?

Would you be the rideshare / carpool driver if you got reimbursed 20 cents per mile by each passenger in the car? Would you do it if that money was tax free reimbursement of expenses?

20 miles a day each way at $0.60/mile is $24/day or $120/week or about $500/month.

Sites like http://ridebay.com and http://ridester.com have ways to get the driver reimbursed.

Would you do it then?

the biggest ford suv sold in oz is the explorer (which may be dropped) and the biggest gm suv is the holden captiva. i know private firms sometimes import big usa utes and suvs but why dont gm and ford/dodge themselves market things like the silverado, suburban, tahoe, f-150 and ram in australia?

i mean isnt oz supposed to be a nation of tough outdoorsy types who live in rough terrai and texas-like environments. and isnt australia opposed to kyoto? so why would a country like texas have smaller suvs and trucks available to it than latte-sipping, liberal quebec, where very huge us suv is available?

my permit was put through the washing machine, but my mom doesnt get out of work in time to bring me to the dmv and my dad doesnt live here so my boyfriend is going to take me to the dmv. I have my receipt from my drivers ed teacher for my permit, a photo id, and the money to get a new one. Is there anything else i need? Does my mom have to go with me? i keep getting different answers. i live in illinois too, if that makes any difference.
