I've looked at previous answers to questions like this, + general consensus is that it's not necessary, but my husband maintains that as it's an older car the gearbox is not as sophisticated as later models + I should always put it in neutral at traffic lights. I don't agree. Help please!

It's $2.00 to get in. Fine with that.

If I buy an A/C compressor I'm charged for the clutch, the compressor and a core charge on top of it all. Total price $80.00 which is still substantially cheaper then paying $350 for a rebuilt one. But who would take the time to remove the clutch off an A/C compressor?

I've asked all my friends and I suck at it. They don't know why I can't figure it out. None of the driving schools will teach you unless it's an automatic. Someone told me try a truck driving school, but that seems crazy. Any pointers for learning. I just can't remember to downshift while slowing down around curves or what not. It seems like I have to shift 100 times in traffic what is wrong how do you not shift when you are in traffic?
