If my mom rents a car and lets me use it, can I use that car to take my actual road test in? in GEORGIA!
Serious responses only please. Also keep in mind that I'm in Georgia...

Yes you can use a rental car for your driving test, BUT (there's always a but) as others have said the rental company may not be too happy about it, First because of your age, and also inspectors do a quick inspection of the test cars to make sure they are street legal, (lights work, turn indicators work, etc.) and they don't want to risk a "fix it ticket" is anything is wrong with the car.

Well, I would think not. I believe here in Ky we have to show a proof of insurance before the road test is taken. You really can't do that with a rental, unless they have some kind of special renters insurance or something like that.

The testers don't care, but the rental company may not be too impressed. It is likely against the rules of their insurance, and, should you have an accident, you may end up paying all the damages. Definitely ask the rental agent first.

I live in Georgia...and the answer is yes...just make sure your mom buys the insurance when she rents the car :)
