A) Let it Mildew till it turns Grey and matches the carpet's nap

B)Try some Hydrogen Peroxide,,,,the stuff used for 1st aid,wound cleaning,etc.
It Oxidizes lottsa things to "clear".
It wont Remove the drink,,,but will remove the Color from the drink....sorta like bleaching it.
MAYBE.

C)Car Carpet is usually safe to use a MILD Bleach solution.
Maybe a tablespoon per cup of water.
Again,,that wont Remove the juice,,,,it will only remove the COLOR.

Best to wet it with Plain Water and soak as much out as you can with a Towel or Sponge,,,or a Vaccuum cleaner.

***CAREFUL with BLEACH!!
Too Strong ,,or left on too long will bleach the Carpet.

Try Peroxide first

If all else fails,,or dont wanna use home remedies,,,there's all sorts of commercial products for removing stains.

Car Carpet is quite stain resistant,,,you should be able to get it out easy enough.

Good Luck with it
